01. User Authentication & System Integrity

Digitalfield provides high-fidelity gaming applications and performance data for enthusiasts. Accessing our services requires users to be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in Turkey). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any technical access tokens or account credentials issued by our platform.

Usage is restricted to personal, non-commercial optimization. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary APKs, performance scripts, or server-side logic is a direct violation of this protocol. We monitor system logs for "Thermal Throttling" bypasses or unauthorized input-latency modifications that may compromise the ecosystem's competitive balance.

Technical Constraint: Hardware Variation

Digitalfield metrics are calibrated for flagship mobile chipsets prevalent in the Turkish market. We do not guarantee parity of performance on legacy devices or modified bootloaders. Use of third-party overclocking utilities in tandem with Digitalfield apps is performed at the user's technical risk.

02. Proprietary Assets & Licensing

03. Liability & Performance Variables

In accordance with Turkish Commercial Law, Digitalfield provides its services "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the applications will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Turkish law, Digitalfield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Network Volatility: Fluctuations in ping or jitter caused by regional ISP infrastructure in Istanbul or surrounding provinces.
Hardware Stress: Any thermal escalation or battery degradation resulting from running high-fidelity gaming modes on non-hyper-spec hardware.
Third-Party Interference: Disruptions caused by OS-level updates or conflicting background applications.

Critical Legal Takeaway

While we optimize for peak performance, users acknowledge that local server latency is a variable external to Digitalfield control. No uptime percentage is guaranteed for free-tier access. Digitalfield operates as a technical facilitator, not a telecommunications provider.
